Our company is committed to ensuring the highest quality and safety of our products. However, if you notice any safety-related irregularities concerning our products, you have the right to submit a complaint or report any accidents or safety issues you have experienced with our product.
How can you submit a complaint or provide information?
- Via the online form.
We provide a form on our website that allows you to submit a complaint or report any accidents or safety-related problems consumers have experienced with our product. To do so:- fill out the required fields in the form below, including your contact details and a description of the reported issue,
- submit the form – we will contact you as soon as possible.

INFORMATION CLAUSE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY HORPOL A. HORECZY SP. K. IN CONNECTION WITH THE SUBMISSION OF A COMPLAINT OR REPORTING OF ACCIDENTS OR SAFETY ISSUES CONCERNING HORPOL PRODUCTS.
Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), HORPOL A. Horeczy Sp. k. in Lipniki informs you that:
- Data controller. The controller of your personal data is HORPOL A. Horeczy Sp. k., based in Lipniki. You may contact us in the following ways:

- Purpose, legal basis, and retention period of data processing. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- handling of complaints and safety reports concerning HORPOL A. Horeczy Sp. k. products, based on the legitimate interest of the Controller in properly reviewing and responding to your submission (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your data will be processed for the time necessary to investigate the product complaint;
- maintaining an internal register of complaints, which is required to fulfill the Controller’s legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Your data will be stored as long as necessary for handling the complaint, but no longer than 5 years from the date of entry;
- archiving of complaints and safety reports for the purpose of asserting or defending against claims, based on the Controller’s legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your data will be stored until the statute of limitations for potential claims expires.
- Scope of data collected:
- Personal data may be collected via the online form on our website, by email, or via telephone contact.
- Depending on the contact method, we may process the following personal data: name, email address, phone number.
- Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to process the report and provide a response.
- Recipients of personal data. Your personal data will be shared only with entities providing technical support to the Controller. Data may also be transferred to entities with which the Controller has concluded data processing agreements. Additionally, data may be disclosed to entities authorized by law. Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
- Rights of data subjects.

- right of access to your data;
- right to rectification;
- right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
- right to restriction of processing;
- right to data portability;
- right to object to processing;
